Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Belluna. This policy applies to purchases made through the United Kingdom storefront.
60-day return period
You may request a return of an eligible item within 60 days after delivery. Email support@bellunashop.com with your order number, or follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Change-of-mind returns
For a change-of-mind return made using our return label, £7.95 is deducted from your refund. Please return the item with its accessories, labels and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if handling beyond that causes a loss of value.
Free size exchanges
Size exchanges are free. Once your exchange is approved, we provide return instructions and send the replacement size without an exchange fee. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or another suitable solution.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and, where helpful, photographs. Approved returns, replacements and refunds for faulty or incorrect items are free of charge. The £7.95 change-of-mind return fee does not apply.
How to return an item
- Email support@bellunashop.com with your order number and whether you want a return or exchange.
- Wait for approval and the return instructions before sending the parcel.
- Pack the item securely and include all accessories where reasonably possible.
- Use the provided return label and keep proof of postage until the return is complete.
Refund timing
We inspect returns after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Statutory cancellation rights
You normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you are cancelling an online purchase, followed by 14 days to return the goods. For a valid cancellation, we refund the product price and the least expensive standard delivery charge paid, if any. Our longer 60-day return offer does not reduce these statutory rights.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once unsealed where the legal hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
