Shipping Policy

United Kingdom orders

Delivery cost

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free. Any optional premium delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Orders placed before 5:00 pm UK time are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 5–10 business days. The total estimated time from ordering to delivery is therefore 6–12 business days. These are estimates and delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link as soon as tracking becomes available. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@bellunashop.com as soon as possible. We cannot always change an address after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for several business days, the parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@bellunashop.com with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund without charging you for a return of faulty or incorrect goods.
