How to cancel an order or request a return

Email support@bellunashop.com with your order number and tell us whether you want to cancel your order, return an item or exchange a size. Contact us as soon as possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Belluna offers a 60-day return period for eligible items and free size exchanges. See our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds policy for the conditions, return costs and next steps. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
