Return Policy
Return Period: You can return your items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@bellunashop.com and include clear photo evidence. After review, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. If you prefer to return the item instead, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind or Exchange): For returns not due to a defect, we will provide a return shipping label. However, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. This means if you return an item due to a change of mind or want an exchange, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and any shipping fees already paid will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item, size, or color? No problem – just contact us, and we will ensure a quick process. Please note that both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new package are the customer’s responsibility. We will provide a return shipping label for your return; the cost of this label will be charged accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Items
We place great importance on product quality and want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@bellunashop.com and include clear photo evidence.

- Send Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email to send the item back.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped by contacting us at support@bellunashop.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled – however, you can return it after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be marked as non-returnable. This will always be clearly indicated on the respective product page before purchase.
