We offer free shipping on all orders to the destinations available at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to the countries and regions available in our checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. If your destination is not listed, we cannot currently accept an order for that destination.
Delivery times
Our standard delivery estimates are listed below. Delivery times can vary by destination.
- Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: a total of 6–12 business days from the order date
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended on holidays, due to courier delays, or extreme weather conditions. Delivery times may also be slightly longer for hard-to-reach areas. If this applies to your order, we will inform you by email.

The carrier used for your order depends on the destination. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders to eligible destinations, with no minimum order value.
Failed Deliveries or Access Issues
If no one is available at delivery, the courier can:
- attempt a redelivery
- leave a notification with pickup information for a local pickup point or depot
Please use the tracking link in your email to follow the current delivery status.
Delivery Issues or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you as quickly as possible and find a solution.

Import duties and customs charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped with import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges prepaid (DDP). You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@bellunashop.com before paying so we can help.
For deliveries within the European Union, any applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are not prepaid and are the customer's responsibility. Free shipping refers to the delivery charge.
