Delivery times

After placing your order, you can expect the following:

  • Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: a total of 6–12 business days from the order date

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended on holidays, due to courier delays, or extreme weather conditions. Delivery times may also be slightly longer for hard-to-reach areas. If this applies to your order, we will inform you by email.

Failed Deliveries or Access Issues

If no one is available at delivery, the courier can:

  • attempt a redelivery
  • leave a notification with pickup information for a local pickup point or depot
